• We offer a variety of handcrafted jewelry, including bracelets, necklaces and some earrings made from natural semi-precious stones and freshwater pearls.
• All products are subject to availability. We strive to display colors and images of our products accurately, but please note that actual colors may vary.
• The other beads used in our products are made from silver-plated or gold-plated materials and sterling silver.
• These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
• We can make our bracelets, necklaces, and earrings from freshwater pearls combined with gold clasps or gold earring backs upon request.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders can be placed through our website. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order is placed.

• Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location.
• We work with Yodel and Royal mail. Both are well-established shipping providers, and we place our trust in them. However, we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping mistakes are rare, but we can only guarantee what is within our control.
• We currently ship only to the UK and do not offer international shipping at this time. This may change in the future.

  7. Returns and Refunds

• We accept returns within 25 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@monibijoux.com . We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
• Items made upon request are NOT refundable.
